If any of the below errors occurred,
- Some numbers are uploaded from Excel Sheets to Cequens Connect and others are not processed.
- Mobile numbers are neither copied from your Excel Sheets, nor pasted on the portal.
Please apply the following steps:
- Reformat the data inside your Excel Sheet by copying it to Notepad, then copy and paste it to the sheet once again.
- If you tried the above solution and still face the same problem, contact your System Administrator.
- If the problem still persists, contact our Support Team via email@example.com
Note: You can easily detect the wrong format when you open the sheet. All cells are highlighted in yellow. Find it at the upper left corner of the cell.
