If any of the below errors occurred,

  • Some numbers are uploaded from Excel Sheets to Cequens Connect and others are not processed.
  • Mobile numbers are neither copied from your Excel Sheets, nor pasted on the portal.

Please apply the following steps:

  1. Reformat the data inside your Excel Sheet by copying it to Notepad, then copy and paste it to the sheet once again.
  2. If you tried the above solution and still face the same problem, contact your System Administrator.
  3. If the problem still persists, contact our Support Team via support@cequens.com

Note: You can easily detect the wrong format when you open the sheet. All cells are highlighted in yellow. Find it at the upper left corner of the cell.
