The commitment of availability of service is restricted to the Service Provider Platform and does not include technical problems related to operators and/or any type of external connection. 

However, Cequens and its partner Service Providers will use their best reasonable endeavors to provide the best possible quality of service.


A Service Provider platform has a target availability of 99.5% that is measured on an annual basis.
