What is the Diagnose Traffic by Recipient feature?

The Diagnose Traffic - a.k.a. Search by Recipient - feature gives you the ability to view the status of a specific recipient number over a specific period of time (up to 14 days).
For example, if a bank is receiving a complaint from a client about not receiving a specific SMS, they can use this feature to check whether the SMS was delivered or not.
How can I access the Diagnose Traffic feature from Cequens Connect™?
Follow the following steps:
Login to Cequens Connect™
Go to Traffic Analysis
Click on Dashboard
Click on Open Filter
