The Diagnose Traffic - a.k.a. Search by Recipient - feature gives you the ability to view the status of a specific recipient number over a specific period of time (up to 14 days). 

For example, if a bank is receiving a complaint from a client about not receiving a specific SMS, they can use this feature to check whether the SMS was delivered or not. 

How can I access the Diagnose Traffic feature from Cequens Connect™?

Follow the following steps:

  1. Login to Cequens Connect™

  2. Go to Traffic Analysis

  3. Click on Dashboard

  4. Click on Open Filter

What do I need to generate a Diagnose Traffic?

You need the following information:

  1. Recipient number

  2. Sending data

What information does the Diagnose Traffic report include?

The generated report will include the following information:

  1. Sender ID

  2. Date/Time

  3. SMS status

  4. Concatenation (SMS parts)

  5. SMS price
