How can I check my account balance in Cequens Connect™?

Before you start your SMS campaigns, it’s important to know how much credit you have in your account and how much of your total balance is available for terminating new messages. Make sure you check your account on a regular basis to avoid running out of credit.
Checking your Account Balance
To check your current balance, follow the below steps:
Login to your Cequens Connect™ account
Go to the Main Dashboard
Check the Statistical Summary that includes your Current balance, the Total Sub-Accounts Balance, and your Credit Limit as displayed in the below image.
Note: Your credit limit is your maximum balance limit. However, you can still send messages after consuming your credit. Please refer to your Account Manager for more details.
