What should I do if my Cequens Connect™ account is locked?

To unlock your Cequens Connect™ account, you need to contact our Customer Support team and send them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your account details. You will, then, receive an email with further information about the process within 4 working hours.
How can I reset the password of my Cequens Connect™?
In case you forgot your password or need to change the existing one, you will need to follow these steps:
Click on Forgot your Password?
Enter your Account Username when the Reset Password pop-up appears
After you complete the above steps, you will receive a Reset Password email and you will need to follow the below steps:
Open the Reset Password Email
Click on the Reset Password Link
Type in your new password
Refresh your browser and login to your Cequens Connect™ account with your new password
