To unlock your Cequens Connect™ account, you need to contact our Customer Support team and send them an email to support@cequens.com, mentioning your account details. You will, then, receive an email with further information about the process within 4 working hours.

How can I reset the password of my Cequens Connect™?

In case you forgot your password or need to change the existing one, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://connect.cequens.com 

  2. Click on Forgot your Password? 

  3. Enter your Account Username when the Reset Password pop-up appears

  4. Click Submit

After you complete the above steps, you will receive a Reset Password email and you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. Open the Reset Password Email

  2. Click on the Reset Password Link

  3. Type in your new password

  4. Refresh your browser and login to your Cequens Connect™ account with your new password
