You can use any Excel file format such as .xlsx, .xls, .csv to upload your contact databases. To ensure success, take the following into account:
- Your sheet must have column headers. The first row is automatically disregarded.
- The first column must include the mobile number. If no country code is added, Campaign Wizard will detect the country and add it automatically.
To download the campaign template, go to Campaign Wizard > Broadcast > Personalized > Download Template.
