You can build customer feedback surveys by following the steps below:

  • Click on Chat Dashboard > Settings menu > Surveys.



  • Surveys page is divided into three main tabs (Content, Settings, and Results).
  • Chat Admin can add and customize the fields, publish the survey, and preview the live page to see the final version that is sent to the end users.


There are multiple field types that you can choose from as shown below:

  • Short Answer
  • Paragraph: Multi-line text field
  • Multiple Choice
  • Rating
