Your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Chatbot can automatically send feedback surveys to your customers. To make this possible, we have developed a new "Add/Edit Answer" function. To create your FAQ bot and start collecting customer feedback, follow the below instructions:


  1. Click on Dashboard --> Settings --> Survey
  2. Use the feature to create and publish your survey. You can add any number of questions in various formats.
  3. Go to Dashboard --> Settings --> Bot 
  4. Create a new FAQ bot or edit an existing one.
  5. Add your custom answers.
  6. Add your custom values in the Question field (For example: SURVEY)
  7. Select Survey from the Answers list.
  8. Click on Save.


Your customers can now simply send you the words "SURVEY" and your FAQ chatbot will automatically reply with a link to your created survey. Once users fill in the form, you can check results.
