How to access SMS Reports, apply filters, and export data from the Cequens console.

Go to Analytics → SMS
In the left sidebar, click Analytics to expand it, then select SMS to open the SMS Reports dashboard.

Review the key metrics
The top of the dashboard shows six summary cards — Total SMS, Recipients, Countries, Networks, Senders, and Total Cost.

Apply filters to refine your report
Use the filter bar to narrow your data. All filters can be combined:
- Date Range — custom start and end date
- Status — Delivered, Failed, Pending, etc.
- Sender — filter by sender ID
- Interface — API, Console, etc.
- Country — destination country
- Network
