1. Access the Configuration
Click the Menu Icon on your dashboard.
Select Email to SMS from the navigation list.


2. Authorize Your Sending Email
To ensure security, you must authorize the specific email address you intend to use:
Step 1: Click New Sender Configuration to open the setup popup.
Step 2: In the From Email field, enter your professional email address (e.g.,
name@company.com).Step 3: Take note of the To Email field. This is the system-generated destination address (e.g.,
unique-id@email2sms.deewan.sa) that you will send your emails to.Step 4: Click Save. Your email will now appear in the Email Sender List, where you can manage or edit it at any time.

3. Sending Your First Message
Once authorized, you can send an SMS by composing a standard email:
| Field | Requirement |
| Recipient (To) | Your unique system-generated email (e.g., ***********@email2sms.cequens.sa) |
| Subject Line | Use the format: YourGroupName::YourMessageText |
| Body | This can remain empty; the system pulls the message from the Subject line. |

Note: Before sending, ensure you have created a Contact Group in your console account. Replace
YourGroupNamein the subject line with the exact name of that group.
Activation Request
This service requires manual activation. If you would like to enable Email to SMS, please reply with your Account Name or Username. We will notify you via email as soon as the service is active for your account.
