This guide walks you through the steps required to cancel a scheduled campaign in a clear and simple manner.

Go to Broadcast → Campaigns

In the left sidebar, click Broadcast to expand it, then select Campaigns to view all your campaigns.

Find the scheduled campaign and click the view icon

In the campaigns list, find the campaign with a Scheduled status. Click the eye icon in the Actions column to open the campaign details.

Click "Cancel campaign"

Inside the campaign details page, click the Cancel campaign button in the top right to stop the scheduled campaign from sending.

⚠️ Cancelling a scheduled campaign is permanent and cannot be undone. The campaign will not send and will need to be recreated if needed.
ℹ️ Only campaigns with a Scheduled status can be cancelled. Campaigns that are already Completed or in Draft cannot be cancelled.
