To create a sub-account, log in to your admin account and follow the steps below:

  1. >> Navigate the main menu and go to 'Account Settings'

    >> Go to 'Teams' tab, then click on 'Manage' under Users

    >> Click on 'Invite New User'. Enter the user name, email and choose a role either 'Chat Admin' or 'Chat Agent'


    >> An invitation will be sent to the user to proceed with the activation steps.

    >> After the user is done with activation and logged in successfully. Edit the user and assign it to the desired team. Then Save.

  • Interfaces and Services: 

You can grant access to multiple interfaces, including HTTP, SMPP, Website, HTTP Bulk, and others. 

  • Balance Allocation:

You can assign your sub-account to:

  • Share Balance with the master account.
  • Allocate Balance less than or equal to the amount of the master account.
