In case you forgot your password, you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. Go to https://console.cequens.com.
  2. Click on Forgot your Password? 
  3. Enter your Account Username when the Reset Password pop-up appears.
  4. Click Submit.

After you complete the above steps, you will receive an email.

  1. Open the Reset Password email.
  2. Click on the Reset Password link.
  3. Type in your new password.
  4. Refresh your browser and login to your Communication Platform account with your new password.

If you need to reset your password, follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to Communication Platform.

  2. Go to My Account.

  3. Click on Password and Security.

  4. Type in your old password.

  5. Choose a new password.
