In case you forgot your password, you will need to follow the below steps:
- Go to https://console.cequens.com.
- Click on Forgot your Password?
- Enter your Account Username when the Reset Password pop-up appears.
- Click Submit.
After you complete the above steps, you will receive an email.
- Open the Reset Password email.
- Click on the Reset Password link.
- Type in your new password.
- Refresh your browser and login to your Communication Platform account with your new password.
If you need to reset your password, follow the below steps:
Log in to Communication Platform.
Go to My Account.
Click on Password and Security.
Type in your old password.
Choose a new password.
