How to Resolve It

  1. Double-check your credentials:

    • Confirm that your username, password, client ID, and client secret are accurate.

    • Avoid using your portal login password if you’re authenticating against SMPP or API services. Use the correct service credentials.

  2. Check if credentials are expired or disabled:

    • Contact your account manager or support team if you're unsure whether the credentials are still valid.
