Getting Started

To start using your free trial of WhatsApp Business Sandbox, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://console.cequens.com/ to create your free account.
  2. Sign up for an account and fill all the necessary details in their designated boxes.
  3. After receiving an activation email, check your inbox and click on the activation link.
  4. When your account is activated, you will be redirected to log in.
  5. Add and verify your mobile number to validate and secure your account.
  6. Once you log in to the dashboard, you will find a WhatsApp Business Sandbox card on the top right corner of the page.
  7. Click Try for free to try out the service.

Two Ways of Using WhatsApp Business Sandbox

Before you start using the Sandbox, you need to connect your mobile number. You can either scan the QR code through your phone camera or manually send the written text to the phone number. There are two ways of using our WhatsApp Business Solution:

  1. Customer Care Message (Session-based Message): These messages are initiated by the customer and businesses can respond through an automated bot or human agent.
  2. Template Message (Notifications): These messages are initiated by the business to share important reminders, notifications, or alerts with the customer.

Customer Care Message

  1. Select the message type, then click Next to begin.
  2. Start adding the text you want to send in the message field (in this trial, you are acting as a customer).
  3. To initiate the conversation, Scan the QR Code using your mobile camera or manually send a WhatsApp text message to this number +201065509866
  4. Your WhatsApp application will open on your mobile phone and initiate a simulated conversation with CEQUENS.

Template Message

  1. Go back and choose Template Message, then click Next to begin.
  2. Choose between the two available templates either in English or Arabic.
  3. You can customize your message using the text boxes and watch it update itself in real-time.
  4. Send the text message to your phone.

Next Steps

Once you are done with testing the WhatsApp Business Sandbox, you can head back to CEQUENS Communication Platform to check your available credit balance, check phone number portability, create a test SMS campaign, and get reports and insights on your messaging.
