Each of CEQUENS's products and services follow a different invoicing process. To ensure timely payment, read the guide below based on the products and services you're subscribed to. For more information regarding payment methods, visit this page.


Prepaid services:

  • SMS API
  1. Customer requests invoice from their account manager or through billing@cequens.com 
  2. CEQUENS's billing department provides the invoice based on customer request. 
  3. For CEQUENS Telecom clients, we provide a claim that is posted on the E-invoicing system after payment. 
  4. For other CEQUENS entities, we provide proforma invoices.


  • CEQUENS MFA
  1. Customer requests invoice from their account manager or through billing@cequens.com 
  2. CEQUENS's billing department provides the invoice based on customer request. 
  3. Customers pay the invoice and send the POP to billing@cequens.com 
  4. CEQUENS's finance department confirms receipt of payment. 
  5. Payment is reflected automatically to the customer balance. 


  • Mobile and Location-based Advertising

CEQUENS provides Mobile and Location-based Advertising invoices based on submitted campaigns and account manager's requests. 



Postpaid services:

  • SMS API*
  1. Customer is allowed safe limit to be able to send traffic. 
  2. Customer accounts will be suspended once they reach the allowed safe limit. 
  3. Customer is provided invoices on monthly basis based on consumption. 
  4. For CEQUENS Telecom clients, our cycle covers from the 25th till the 24th of the month. 
  5. For other CEQUENS entities, our cycle covers from the 1st to the end of the month. 


  • WhatsApp Business API*
  1. Customer is assigned a WhatsApp Business bundle with fixed fees. 
  2. Customer will be charged for bundle extra consumption. 
  3. Customer will be charged for extra WhatsApp Business number. 
  4. CEQUENS provides invoices monthly. 
  5. WhatsApp Business packages are in USD. However, the customer invoice currency will be decided based on the customer account currency. 
  6. WhatsApp Business service doesn’t deduct from customer balance. 

*Soon you will be able to pay for both SMS and WhatsApp services from your account balance without needing separate payments for WhatsApp.


  • CEQUENS Number Lookup
  1. CEQUENS provides invoices monthly based on customer agreement. 
  2. CEQUENS applies tiers/commitments if found. 
  3. Number Lookup service doesn’t deduct from the customer balance. 


  • Voice API
  1. Customer is allowed safe limit to be able to send traffic. 
  2. Customer accounts will be suspended once they reach the allowed safe limit. 
  3. Customer is provided invoices on monthly basis based on consumption. 
  4. For CEQUENS Telecom clients, our cycle covers from the 25th till the 24th of the month. 
  5. For other CEQUENS entities, our cycle covers from the 1st to the end of the month. 


  • Push Notifications API
  1. Customer is assigned bundle with fixed fees. 
  2. Customer will be charged for bundle extra consumption. 
  3. CEQUENS provides invoices monthly. 
  4. Push Notifications API service doesn’t deduct from customer balance. 


  • Short & Long Codes

CEQUENS team provide Short & Long Codes invoices as per contract. 


  • CEQUENS IVR

Fixed fees invoices provided based on customer contract.
